The bathroom is separate to the dwelling but still for the individual tenants use.

The property has four dwellings for rent (two with long-term tenants already in place). The dwellings all have their own individual space and are far enough from each other to allow a feeling of privacy. There is a secure gate at the front to ensure safety of your property. Electricity is individually metered for each dwelling and charged as per each tenants consumption.
These dwellings are not suitable for pets. They are ideal for FIFO workers, a quiet individual or couple. Not suitable for families or children.
